Refund policy
In the case of erroneous deliveries or defective products, replacements will be sent out. Shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of Allure Professional.
In the case of items that were ordered incorrectly or no longer desired, the products must be sent back to us in a new and unused condition. These items will be refunded in the form of store credit only. This credit will only be passed once the returned item/s has been received by Allure Professional. Such returns are subject to a 20% handling fee and credit will not be passed for original shipping charges. Shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns of items will only be accepted should the customer inform Allure Professional in writing and return the goods within 7 working days of delivery confirmation.
Allure Professional does not give cash refunds. All refunds will be done in the form of store credit.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price minus a 20% handling fee and a credit will automatically be applied to your store account.
